I typically like to use any sort of siphon pump to do simple fluid changes. Normally if you want to "flush" the fluid, just extract, fill, then run the engine and turn the wheel back and forth a few times, then repeat. This pump does the trick https://www.harborfreight.com/multi-use-transf...

That's the camshaft position sensor in your picture. The MAP sensor is part #10 in this diagram. Follow the hose that connects to the intake manifold, I believe it's mounted ahead of the intake manifold but I'm not 100% sure.
