Spent the last 2 days buttoning up the manual conversion. Reinstalled all the top part of the engine bay, wiring, fluid fill (nothing gushed out :D). Yeah you’ll definitely need to clean it up a little and get a good look up in there. Could be PCV, a cam seal, dipstick tube seal, oil pan, etc.

Yeah, I would check for a draw. Might be a weak battery causing the starter to "fail" a voltage test.
