I will take some pics. I jb welded it. The door fits in a bushing and the bushing moves up and down allowing it to leave a gap. I got the bushing to stop moving so now just the door moves. No more up and down. Just open and close. Uhhh... sounds to me like you're setting yourself up for boost issue...
