I've done this on two P80s: - Jack both the oil pan (with a piece of wood underneath) and the transmission (with a piece of wood underneath. - Disconnect side engine mount, lower torque mount, and upper torque mount while you jack away - Keep things level (i.e., this jack, then that jack...) go slow...

Re: Turbo control solenoid compatibility question.
Wouldn't say it is junk, but it is not as good as they say.
Maybe still better than the original one from '95.

Re: T5M bogs when getting off the gas

Reset ecu by removing negative battery cable for 10-15min in order t...

Seriously, people, cats are there for a reason! we have just one planet, so stop polluting it on purpose! THANK YOU! We actually have TWO planets. True story, but hidden from us by our government. Anyway, the other planet is all 1980s American cars. So nobody wants to go to it and we don't either, ...

How to replace the red seatbelt release button
Just replaced the seat release buttons on my 1996 855. These red buttons starts to break after 15-20 years of use, typically the front ones, as they get the most use. Didn't find a thread that describes the procedure, so here it is: You can get replacement buttons from IPD https://www.ipdusa.com/pro...

Re: Turbo control solenoid compatibility question.
Btw, this is where I placed it. Extended the cable and reused the IPD bracket since I already had the holes for it. It is aslo much smaller than the IPD valve which makes installation easier. After driving with it for some time I have to say the difference is huge. Before boost control was pretty mu...
