I too have an intermittent P0455 code on my '99 v70 XC. I clear it and move on. I don't smell any fuel vapors. Can you tell me what (if any) symptoms you experienced? And what does resurfacing a fuel filler port entail? We're talking about the opening directly under the gas cap and not the neck lead...
