Could be dripping down from the PCV tube coolant connection. It's a bit of a pain to get to and see without removing a few things.

Agreed, turbo coolant lines. And actually plenty of them make it this many years, the relevant measure is miles not years, but they do probably look like mush. I'd figure it out and fix it before driving much if at all.
