I would try to find electrical diagram and inspect if there is any common feeds between brake and headlight. Maybe they are being commanded by BCM? I would focus on finding ground connectors for the BCM and right headlight and see if they are not corroded.

I went to Volvo oem parts and put 2017xc90 t8 in search. Them emissions system. Search came back for 3 o2 sensors.
