car won't start after completed cylinder head and timing belt replacement
i had to rebuild cylinder head replace timing belt camshaft seals crankshaft seal etc now car won't start could it be computer because of having battery disconnected for a period of time everything seems to be put back in same place tooking off timing marks and crankshaft mark postive is proper

also forgot to mention that had oil leak on belts waiting to long to fixso serpentine belt shredded of got caught in timing belt pulleys jump time so my car was sitting up from end of june to i just finish up everything and like i said won't start i'm going to try starting fluid tomorrow can someone...

i like to thank you Rickhaleparker for yr quick response its really appreciated i feel a lot better about trying tomorrow will post tomorrow on the outcome

The car is turning over it sounds like trying to start also was smelling gas like floating over but will check fuel line rail and by connections do you mean coils

2.9 non turbo 6 cylinder I think not getting any sparks from the spark plugs only test 1,2 what is the problem and what can I do to correct it

And yes I have a code reader but didn't check anything but tomorrow I will check step by step of what you said but again you can tell in what order to proceed with

Check for codes to see why car not starting
I checked for any codes and it said ignition advance timing cylinder one circuit not set right something to that effect can someone please tell me what that means and did starter check it said check connection can ::) these issues be cause of car not starting please help
