Re: $10,000 S80 Challenge
All, Here is my next update. The air conditioning in my S80 wasn't getting cold enough. It worked reasonably well at highway speed but not so well sitting at the traffic lights. I hooked up my gauges to check the pressure and I found the following AC set to max cooling Low side pressure - 50 PSI HIG...

Re: Spark Plugs: Copper vs Iridium vs Platinum FF#32

Don't open the Mylar Bag until you are ready to install the desiccant in the condenser. The cap that holds the bag in place uses a Torx T-70 fastener. ...

Re: 2010 XC70 A/C Receiver Drier Location
When I replaced the Compressor on my 2010 S80 I also replaced the desiccant bag because I read that a clogged desiccant bag can negatively affect performance of the AC system. And I read about flushing the system but I decided not to. But I did carefully follow the instructions on the compressor to ...

Re: 2013A XC90 - 150,000 Miles To-Do List
Paul - did you remove the 3.6L while the engine was off and cold?? Thanks. Engine off - yes (don't run the engine with the transmission attached and no fluid in the sump, or at least don't do it for very long) To get out that much fluid I lifted the vehicle from the right side and then I lowered it...
