Iam currently experiencing gear selection problem on my 1987 240.Thought I had sorted it when I noticed that the slave cylinder was leaking like a sieve! Have fitted a service kit to this and it now appears dry. However the problem remains that once a gear is selected I can only get out of gear by double clutching ? It seems that also when you have selected the gear and are driving the pedal travels away from you ?Is this a Bleeding issue or is it more sinister? I have tried several times to bleed the system,and think I have completed this correctly. Any help greatly appreciated.
