Yea, just the one key. I am pretty sure its the key/circuit/transponder. I am just seeing if there is another solution rather just buying a new key from the dealership

no, the engine does not turn over. i get the error of start failed, try again.

someone in my IT departmment thinks the circuit may be damaged. they are gonna try and check it today and see.

I have seen that others have this issue as well. My car is 2012 xc90. It intermittently wouldnt start, but last night and this morning i am having no luck. The dealership is telling me its about $400 for a new key + tow. Has anyone else found a more reasonable solution?
