We had some time to get back at this and we’re still unable the get the handle assembly out of the door. I was able to slide a dental tool in and pull on the retention piece as shown above, but couldn’t get it far enough to release the cylinder. Is there something we’re missing to get the handle ...

We’ve got the screws removed and can get the assembly partially out, but it seems to be hanging up on something. How do I remove the handle? Thanks again
