Changed the battery, the fob is all corroded inside and one contact is eaten away from spilled coffee from previous owner, the extra key is $360, no local locksmith will cut a key for me. Argh!

Thanks, one of the arms of the cup holder assembly was pushed out and stuck inside the center unit. I removed the whole unit and got the arm retracted. Unit is now super clean and functional. Husband printing manual since it wasn’t in the vehicle when we bought it. Thanks!

Just purchased a used 2011 XC90, the second row cup holder is stuck under the center console. It is clearly filthy, but I need to have some tips on getting it to pop out to clean it and hopefully lubricate it to function again.
