Will the 2.4t motor out of a 2002 s60 fit in a 2008 s40?

Any chance this motor and transmission would fit in a 2008 s40?

I have a 2002 Volvo S60 2.4T that my daughter wrecked. Due to the damage and the air bags deploying it's isn't financially lucrative to repair the car. I bought her a 2005 S60 2.4. My question is, what parts off the 2002 would it be a good idea to hang on to before I haul it off to the salvage yard?...
