I've been to a Volvo dealer and was told that the climate control module is dead and the part cost around $765 with another $30 to program it. Now I have a mess with the guy who did the break booster not recognizing his responsibility for the damage done to the climate control module. Any suggestion...

Given that this center console controls multiple items (heat, fan, AC, heated seats, rear headrests etc.) you soon realize there are several fuses associated with all these items and that is what leads me to believe a connector might have become unmated or wiring damaged. Climate Control Console dead on my 2002 S60 AWD
I had the brake booster replaced by an independent service technican and after picking it up I noticed the Climate Control Console was dead - none of the controls operate and there appears to be no power to it.
Any suggestions on how one repair led to another problem?
