I'll try again on this problem. Adjusting 10mm nut did not help. I can see the cable actuating the emergency brake assembly on the caliper. Would adjusting the puck on the inside caliper help in getting the emergency brake to work. Have good meat on the pads and the disc looks ok. Car stops well but ...

Adjusted under the gaiter. No help. Cables move at both rear wheel but will not grab caliper. Need some suggestions as to could be wrong.
