Is it advisable to get non-oem ULTRA rotors and Branson ceramic pads for my 2012 S60 T6 awd?

Thanks. It IS the fan/blower that I will be replacing.

My climate fan/blower will be replaced on October 10 on my 2012 S60 T6 AWD. Since this involves removing the dash and other things, there will presumably be an opportunity to check or fix things that would normally be inaccessible. Any ideas on how best to use this opportunity?

For several years, the A/C takes from 1 to 30+ minutes to turn on after the car has been parked in the sun. Any advice on why this happens and how to fix it?
