Replaced pwr steering pump and serpentine belt.first timer.thou i must have uncovered other issues.oops.99 v70 wont die (completely)

Good day.just replaced pwr steering pump cause it seized n threw the serp belt off.then i noticed big hole in hose as it was positioned near pulleys.no wonder reservoir wouldn't hold fluid.so i think i fixed those things but soon as i tried starting car it barely started like it wasn't getting gas.f...
