Coolant has gone from pink to brown color lately. It can be head gasket broken or somewhere else oil is mixed into the coolant but there is no trace of bad smell, coolant smells normal and doesn't seem thicker than normal. Also coolant level is stable.

That is indeed interesting news. Searching the web it is very limited what is written about S.A.M even though I recall older car magazines mention this as a "big thing" .. I have also been in possession of multiple ECUs with the red/blue SAM sticker on ;)

Point taken I am also running white injectors and all together it of course confuses the ECU which you correctly say is expecting stock components..

I am pretty sure the fuel cut is a standard thing. I am experiencing it the same way with different ECU's
With that said I am running a 16T which might supply a bit more air at lower rpms than the stock which could mean the fuel cut kicks in faster but anyway that could be a huge ...
