Runs much rougher with injector on burnt-valve cylinder removed. Seems like even at 55psi, that cylinder fires some....?

My shop will do the valve job in a week.

Finally took this to my mechanic. Compression test reveals 160 on all but #2, where it's 50. He then did a wet test, by spraying some sealing oil in there and re-tested the compression of that cylinder, and it jumped up by 10. He deducts that the valves in that cylinder are burnt. Thanks abscate - I take it the easiest to find out about that would be to disconnect one spark cable at a time and see which one may be the culprit?

One more observation: the engine, under the hood, looks a little shaky when in idle, but becomes static/stops moving once the rpm are 1500 or so and above..
