A bad cooling temp sensor doesnt always produce a code or CEL. In my case a couple of weeks ago never did it produce either.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!! When I opened up the thermostat I found that the thermostat had popped and stuck open. I replaced the thermostat and the cooling water temp sensor and hooked it all up.
