My 98 v70r has a few things going on. when flooring it it misfire codes come up, code 0455 comes up regularly, and the turbo makes like a drowning noise . instead of the clean release sound it eckos . can anyone help me out?

my car has a ground that comes and go's at random. more in the summer and less in the winter. when it happens the brake, abs, and the traction control lights will come on , the speedomiter will go blank and the radio will dim slightly. this happens quite often in the summer and not so bad in the win...
