I posted here earlier in 2020 about a no start issues.

We’re talking maybe 8 months ago. Replaced the starter, wires, camshaft sensors, and spark plugs. Boots are all good for the spark wires.

P0018, P0171, P0341, P0344, P0340, P0365

I don’t know much about Volvo’s, name checks out, but, if the horn sounds when 12v is directly applied, it’s not the horn. It must be the connection somewhere between the steering wheel, the computer, and the physical horn.
