Sorry, I forgot to update. It wasn't the blinker fluid, but operator error. Apparently I didn't have the bulb in right. It works just fine now. I do want to thank everyone for offering their thoughts and ideas.

Everything but the driver's side front blinker works fine

It's not the bulb. I pulled the bulb from the front passenger side and tried it on the other side and didn't work. But the new bulb that wasn't working worked fine on the passenger side. I have already check all of the fuses as well, no problems there

I have a 1998 V70 wagon, I replaced the driver side blinker and it worked until I turned the lights on. The blinker light on the dash stayed on. I then started messing with the replaced bulb, and now it doesn't work when I use the blinker. Without it, the lights seem to be working fine. Anyone know ...
