Compression test showed 0psi in cylinder 2. Smoke test showed smoke coming out of the dipstick and exhaust. Shop said bad rings and valves, which I find very unlikely. This is the second time cylinder 2 has lost compression. First time was a burnt valve. Guessing it is a valve again.

It was the return line piston in the abs block that was seized.
Replaced the pump and block, because they are a unit, bleed the brakes and everything is back to normal.
