On a test drive with the mechanic the impression was the turbo was workign well and not an immediate concern. Well I guess I'll just have to see how it goes on my journey. Just going to baby it and hope the issue doesn't get worse till I get to where I'm going.

The turbo leak wasn't fixed. Can't really describe the part of the turbo area that had a leak. Thing is the issue happens when out of the turbo range.

Someone mentioned to me that the spark plugs might be acting adversely to high heat. Brand new Bosch plugs but there is always a possibility they are no good.

I do have the old OEM coil so I'll possibly have that put back in tomorrow. Would what I'm experiencing be due to the coil that was installed? Brand new but again it's aftermarket.

Thanks for the response. The tune up was all Bosch parts except for the coil which was some generic brand i believe. So spark plugs, ignition wiring, rotor, cap, coil done.
