I tried a few things in the end, none of which worked - I found a second hand linkage and motor at a reasonable price so thought I'd take a punt. Fitted it and everything now working fine. Finally !

I've had penetrating fluid on them since Sunday with no effect. I need to see if I can get a propane torch..

I suppose the first thing to say is that I have not removed my motor. I saw it as possible to remove the shaft to which the wiper arms attaches without doing so. If that's incorrect, I guess that's something else ...

Can anyone help with this ?
