If it was the same station I would assume they have a problem with the pump venting system causing the gas to backup in the filler tube and tripping the auto shutoff in the pump handle.

I found it.....

The T30 torx screws were covered by excess plastic from manufacturing and I could not see them. Going out to buy a longer shaft torx set.

Any tricks for the passenger air bag?
