The cbv has been replaced, was a pain to do but got it done around the same time i replaced the tcv. The fuel filter was replaced around 4 months ago as well as the fuel pump. Sorry for the late reply, I swapped the ipd tcv with the round one that comes off the turbo model, and after some more testing It fully spools up at 4500. But I do sometimes feel like its lacking some power, it feels like fuel is getting shut off. And the tcv is pretty far from the original starting...

So I found one tcv and I was testing it out and, I know have a ton of turbo lag, It now spools at normal pressure around 4500 rpms, it used to be around 3700.

Well that's a nice feature. Thanks for the help I'll try to see when I can go to the junkyard next to see if I can even find a turbo.

When you assembled the IPD TCV, did you screw the 'front' leg all the way home? If you did you may be getting little or no boost. Stupid design.
