Which engine does it have? 2.5T, 2.9T, diesel?

Haven’t touched the car in a couple weeks waiting on parts. (Radiator, thermostat, coolant hoses,etc) Radiator has a crack in it. As far as misfire goes I’ve narrowed it down to the VVT hub exhaust side. When I change it I will update if it solves the misfire.

Ran out of daylight again and will test in the morning. I managed to repair the harness and it seems to have helped but I won’t know for sure until after test drive and with ViDA plugged in. Attached are photos of the repair to the COP and VVT harness.

If you have rain sensing wipers I would check the UEM (upper electronics module) since you said the windshield was replaced. I would pull the fuses for each module one at a time and refresh your network tab under diagnostics on ViDA and see if you bus starts coming back up. One last thing I have see...
