2000 S80 T6--Cleaning or replacing oil trap under the intake
Has anyone done this procedure-- Is it similiar to the V70's? I think this is some of the cause for the poor running of our car. It has 196000 on it.

I'm stumped--- I cannot figure out why # 3 cylinder is misfiring. I replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Ran fine. Check engine light comes on a month later-- cylinder # 3 misfire. Thanks for responding Chuck. I probably do have the terms wrong. On the pasenger (rt) side firewall there are two tubes going to evaporator in cabin. The larger diameter one on the left(nearest fender) has a plastic tube in it with o-rings and fine mesh screen, +- 3"long. That was what the mech...

Removing accumulator on high pressure tube of Evap. 98V70AW
Anybody else have trouble removing the accumulator for the evaporator on their A/C? The fellow who tried to do it on mine couldn't get it out, only part of it so he tried to force another one in. Not smart. I've tried to hook it out, drill ( by hand) to loosen, wire hooks, screws etc. Maybe I can pu...
