Well, Just my luck, since I got my hands on the last fresh air intake I guess, I did another smoke test to make sure there was no leaks anywhere! Well guess what, The new intake with the premounted PTC /Grommet leaks a lot

Got my hands on a new intake snorkel, volvo original, drove it on 98 octane with no issues, Tried 95 octane E10 when my 98 was out and got engine light same code, I think I might have to go to a new tuner, Maybe the map was poorly made… thank you guys for all the tips and tricks, I will be swapping ...

I did some more smoke testing after your comment, and I found some leaks on the intake plastic it self, now im trying to figure out where I can buy that, so far I've only found do88's custom intake

CO normal rpm 900 0.1 Limit is 0.5
Lambda 1.03 limit 0.96-1.04
HC 43 Limit 200

Wouldnt everything else fail if it was the cat?

also remember one more thing, when the engine cold starts, it's sputtering a bit, and may backfire very loudly, could that be one of the reasons, and what would that lead too?

also another questions, Seeing as I get high emissions (CO) Should the computer in the car not alarm me that there is something wrong with the air / fuel ratio? By some code?
