I sent an email to David Norris from Triple Edge Performance who specializes in these transmissions and his guess based on all the details was the Drive Sprocket Bearing. So I assume there will be no drive ability issues until the bearing completely blows up. Looks like a removal and rebuild.Oh joy.

Just wondering if anyone knows what radios will fit in a 2000 S80. I've searched and searched but can't seem to find anyone swapping out their HU-801 for something else. Mine has crapped out and was wondering if the 803 or 850 would work? Anyone?
