Yes. There's unburnt fuel in exhaust that overruns catalyst's working capacity.
Can i drive it like this, and for how long?

I forgot to mention, the car has a code aswell ''Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
Does that have something to do with the problem?

Misfire?

the problem started after a 100km drive. While idling the engine is jerking/jumping after every 5 seconds or so.
When i give it like 70%-100% gas, then the car starts vibrating or jerking/jumping

I have no idea, when the timing belt was last changed and visually it looks good i think, but should i change the belt just in case?

Update: there was a ''Intake Air Temperature Sensor'' code, deleted it for now and the car seems fine, the original power of the car is back.

Update: there was a ''Intake Air Temperature Sensor'' code, deleted it for now and the car seems fine, the original power of the car is back and the fan is fine

If the ecm fails to detect signal from the coolant temp sensor it will turn the fan on. Check the plug on the sensor. A/C pressure switch can also cause fun to run if too low. Make sure the defroster is turned off. Does anything work on that car.?? hahah this car is such a headache, it was fine bef...

oh an interesting thing aswell, the problem started after a transmission repair on the car.
