It is a bad starter. I did check voltage, voltage was good. I jumped the starter nothing. I hit the starter while I had someone start it up and it started right up. Thank you for the advice, really helped out!

Hello everyone I'm new to this, but I replaced the timing belt, water pump, cam seals, and the brake booster on my 2002 Volvo V70 XC, and it won't start, it did a weak half crank and nothing, I checked timing again. It was on the timing marks, spun freely it didn't get stuck. But it won't even crank...
