Ok I got it out with the help of a smaller handed friend. He came in from the bottom and then down on top of the bolt that holds the bracked onto the block. After he was able to get the bolt loose it took many times with small turns to get it out. Then the starter came out with no problem. 170 dolla...

I have gotten the two bolts off the starter but it won't come out. Am I missing something, is there something else holding it in? I have got it to move out about a 1/4 inch but it won't come out any further. HELP!!!!!!!
