Problem was small bits of corrosion on the CEM circuit board. Cleaned, reinstalled, car started right up.

Does anyone know if the steering column lock actuator is programmed to the car? I'm considering trying to replace it to clear the "B102694 Steering column lock" code but I'm not sure if it can just be replaced or if it would need to be programmed to the car.
