Thanks all for your suggestions. I think I'll remove the panels, try heating the vinyl with a hair dryer so I can stretch it to it's max, then try using some 3M spray adhesive to secure them. I'll let you know how it works out. Joe

The vinyl covering on the interior door panels on my 2000 S70 is beginning to pucker and pull loose. Any quick fix suggestions as to how to solve the problem? I think there's a TSB, which came out in 2004, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks, Joe

No fluid on the pavement and the tank has never been low. Also, I read somewhere that it is possible for an O-ring on the pump to allow the pump to suck in air, but I don't know where the O-ring would be. I guess I'm looking at a pump replace first. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. You're correct, I meant to say wheel RPM and not engine RPM. When the car is not rolling, it's fine.

Power steering pump groaning. Fluid foamy. Sucked fluid from tank. Black and burned odor. Replaced with new fluid, no improvement. How do I know if it's the pump or the rack? Any suggestions?
