Your instructions say to hand tighten the plugs. Is that all that is required? Seems unreasonable to me, but if you say its so it must be so.

Anyone that has ever changed a power steering rack on a XC70
There must be someone in the world who has changed a power steering rack ( other than a dealer mechanic) on a 99 XC70. Please, please let me know who you are. Am at the point of removing the rack, all disconnected, and can't get it out!!!
