The plugs were the original plugs from Volvo and shot. I replaced the plugs and the light went out and has not come back on. The turbo is now working properly and all is good. Thanks for the help it was BRILIANT.

I have checked for an intake leak but none can be found (a whole can of carb cleaner later) however the PCV system has an issue that i wonder if it may be tied into my problem. Do you know a way to check for intake leaks maybe a spray that would cause the engine to idle faster when sprayed on the leak and sucked into the intake?

I have reset the light now when I accelarate (in the turbo) in higher rpm the light flashes and car accelarates roughly (missing) but light will go off again at crusing speed
