Sounds like you have a valve or two that may not be properly seating during the starting process. They can get slightly stuck if they have sat partially open for a while. As long as the engine starts and runs well once started, you have little to worry about. Just get out there and drive it more ...

My guess is a restricted catalytic converter...When the matrix breaks up the pieces move around and clog the outlet, backing pressure up into the exhaust manifold...If you rap on the converter with your fist and hear rattling inside, the converter is gone...

Look at the "flasher" FIRST.

The black socket is reusable and the bulb is replacable and pulls out of the socket. Go to any auto parts store and look through their new bulbs to find the replacement size.
