I have a 1998 S70 turbo. Lately when I put the key in the ignition to start the car, the key keeps turning in the ignition. Lucky it will catch and the car will start. What needs to be done to correct this issue? One garage wanted to change the entire steering column. Advise please.

I have a 1998 S70 turbo. The oil coolant outlet line is leaking. How difficult is it to replace? Can I bypass cooling the oil though the radiator and connect a aftermarket oil coolant?
