Adios, and thanks.

Due to the fact that my 850 is now sitting in the scrap heap, due to a collision with a pickup, it looks like Ill be moving on, probably to a cheaper domestic. I just wanted to say thanks to those who helped me with the problems I posted. Volvo for life!

Really think a cat-back'd do that much for it? What kind of gains would that bring? Most people I've talked to seem to think the downpipe is the biggest deal.

Order Of Upgrades

Im trying to get an idea of what to work on first on my 850. After a lot of research I now have a pretty good idea of what kind of things I need, but since I'm not able to just throw money away, I need some help in ordering the upgrades in importance. The car's stock, so Im really starting from scra...

Im 17, and I inherited my dad's '95 850 Turbo about a year ago. My opinion varies just a little bit from matthew's. I love the 850. Easy to maintain, one of the safest cars on the road, and they last forever. My 850 has 172 thousand on it, and its going just fine. Parts can be a little pricey depend...

Yeah, I have to agree with you there Bricks. I love my fan style caps. It really is all in what you like. For example, I hate Fast and Furious-style cars. Drives me absolutely beserk when I see something like a mid-90's Accord with more accessories on it than the actual car's worth. (Thats why my ot...

What year of T5-R do I need to get? Does it matter? And what's your opinion on wood dash kits? My interior's the grey. Does that fit with wood well?

850 Front Bumper

My old 850 has a front bumper thats taken quite a beating, what with all the women driving it (joke, haha). Is there a way to get a replacement that doesnt stick out like the 850 original does? It would make such an improvement on the car. Im not a big fan of old Volvos' jutting front bumper, but I ...

Exhaust Tip

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but my tailpipe is rusting and pitting away. The actual exhaust system itself is fine, but the endpipe that screws on is just going to hell. Yesterday, i jacked up one side of the car and used a 9mm wrench to unscrew it. It took lots of WD-40, and so...
