I have looked at the route diagram a dozen times. I even had two friends of mine over and they tried it. Same problem. It does seem like I am missing a pulley though. I'll try again when it is daylight. Thanks for the quick reply.

I just tried to replace my serpentine belt, but it has about 3 inches of slack . The tensioner is in the "tight" position. I have routed it just like the old one and like the diagram in the manual. I even tried to put the old one back on, but same problem. I must be doing something wrong. ...
