thanks. do I need to use a torque wrench?

I have a 1984 240 wagon with a York compressor. the air is working fine but the clutch makes a lot of noise when the air is off. I seems to be moving back and forth a little when it is off and vibrating. Should I replace the clutch and if so is there a specific one I should get?
