Hi everybody, I hope someone can help me with this. I have a 1989 740 Volvo that will not start. I have replaced the fuel filter,fuel pump, the fuel regulator & injectors were cleand/checkd good. spark plugs, and wires are good. engine cranks good, but will not start. (sounds like its out of gas...
