My XC70 is scheduled for 30K and new cabin filter; can anyone tell me how to change the filter myself?

Thanks for the pdf. My XC70, however, has the wiper arm going right, not left (and it is longer than the one in the diagram), and the nut is covered by a sort of shield that prevents one from removing the nut. I am assuming the arm must be prised off. -- Jim
