I had the same thing on my 2002 S80 T6. Went to three different shops, two sets of rotors and lots of man hours to find out the rear control arm bushings were bad.

Thanks all! I will let you know what I find. I have since found at least one bad front control arm bushing. I just had these both replace 35k ago. I also had the rears replace this year. What next!?!?
