Well I just bought my second Volvo, this one is a 2000 S70 with about 115,000 miles on it. Sure enough a few weeks after purchase I noticed some choking while accelerating up to 20mph, then the "ETS" light came on intermittently. Now I think it stays pretty much on. Total bummer b/c obviou...

are the bars able to move up and down the car with any sort of ease?
