not sure,,,we are trying to determine if we need filter on 99v70 ,was the installation diifficult?

i agree 99v70 looks like filter underneath passenger side rear,,,now i need to know how to test and or replace

exellent advise,,,bypassed relay,,jumped terminals 15/87,,,still no pressure,,also read 0.5 ohms across same terminals,,,did i understand someone indicating two fuel pumps?in tank main and secondary one?
